Session 3

 

This Session will focus on (i) conflict resolution and (ii) pacing and balancing yourself.

 

The first exercise will provide a 4-step model of conflict resolution which should be implemented in your work life, whenever interpersonal conflict or negotiations arise.

 

The second exercise will ask you to outline a plan for pacing and balancing yourself at work in the long term, in order to cope effectively with your levels of stress.

 

After you complete these exercises, you will be asked to fill in the end-of-session feedback form.

 

We will also ask you to complete the stress management questionnaire again at the end of this week. This is the questionnaire you completed before you began the programme, and should take approximately 15 minutes to do. It is important that you do this in order to allow us to evaluate the effectiveness of the programme, and help us to develop more effective stress management interventions in the future.
