Sessions

This online stress management programme seeks to help you reduce your stress levels over three short sessions. The first two sessions must be completed in the first week of the programme, and the third session will be completed in the second week
 
Each Session is broken down into a number of individual Exercises, in order to make the programme more manageable. At the end of each Session, you will also be asked to complete a brief Feedback Form, in which you can tell us what your thoughts are on the programme.
 
The first session has three separate exercises, which will ask you to (i) identify your symptoms of job stress, (ii) identify the sources of your job stress, and (iii) identify how you respond to your sources of stress.
 
The second session has 4 exercises, which deal with (i) goal setting, (ii) motivating yourself, (iii) changing your thinking about job stress, and (iv) two relaxation exercises.
 
Session three focuses on solutions, and involves 2 exercises. The first exercise combats workplace conflicts and how to overcome them. The second exercise tries to teach you how to pace and balance yourself in the long term.
