STEP 1.

Login or register for the website by clicking on the Login/Sign up button at the top right hand corner of the screen.

STEP 2.

Read the Step-by-step Session Guide provided at the top right hand corner of the menu.

STEP 3.

Select the Session you wish to complete, e.g. ‘Session 1’. To access the Session, enter the password you received via email after you completed the Stress Management Questionnaire.

STEP 4.

Once you have entered the password you can begin the Session.

STEP 5.

Complete the exercises provided. Use the sidebar to scroll further down the page to complete exercises. It may also be useful to keep a notebook for completing written exercises during the programme.

STEP 6.

Some exercises will ask you to watch videos. To do this, click on the play button. You can pause, rewind, fast forward and adjust the volume for each of these videos.

STEP 7.

After you have completed each exercise, click on the button below the exercise. This will redirect you to the next exercise in the programme.

STEP 8.

Continue these steps until you reach the final page of each session (see below), where you will be asked to complete a short feedback form for each of the sessions. This form signals the end of each Session.
