Stress Management Programme
STEP 1:
Login or register for the website by clicking on the Login/Sign up button at the top right hand corner of the screen.
STEP 2:
Read the Step-by-step Session Guide provided at the top right hand corner of the menu.
STEP 3.
Select the Session you wish to complete, e.g. ‘Session 1’. To access the Session, enter the password you received via email after you completed the Stress Management Questionnaire.
STEP 4.
Once you have entered the password you can begin the Session.
STEP 5.
Watch the video provided. You may pause and/or re-watch if you wish. You can also rewind videos, fast forward and adjust the volume settings.
STEP 6.
Some lessons may also contain audio mindfulness exercises. These can be listened to by clicking on the play icon, and can also be paused/re-listened to.
STEP 7.
After you have watched the video or completed the mindfulness exercise, click on the button below the video. This will redirect you to a set of questions about the exercises you completed.
STEP 8.
Answer these questions and click ‘Submit’. Then click on the button, which will redirect you to the next part of the Session.
STEP 9.
Continue these steps until you reach the final page of each session (see below), where you will be asked to complete a short feedback form for each of the sessions. This form signals the end of each Session.
