Session 3

 

Welcome back to the final session of your stress management programme!

 

Session 3 contains two Lessons

 

  • Lesson 1 is a 'Wrap up' video, which will provide information about how to proceed after you have completed the programme.

 

  • Lesson 2 focuses on committing to the values you outlined in the previous Session. It will also ask you to list the potential barriers to acting on your values, and make plans for overcoming such obstacles in the future.

 

  • It is very important that you complete the Stress Management Questionnaire at the end of this week, as this allows us to examine the effectiveness of the stress management programme.
